TEAM NET FENG
Supporting the cooperation of the best research teams, which conduct scientific activities in the fields of Health, Environment and Industry 4.0 within consortia.
The TEAM NET funding scheme is financed by the European Funds for Smart Economy Programme.
- AMOUNT OF FUNDING:
- In the TEAM NET Call for proposals a single project can be funded up to PLN 12,600,000 for projects implemented by three research teams, and up to PLN 8,400,000 for projects implemented by two research teams.

To whom
The TEAM NET programme is aimed at research teams from various organisations in Poland who form a consortium of two or three teams. The application for the competition is submitted by the leading organisation – the Consortium Leader.
The teams forming the consortium must be headed by researchers with at least a PhD degree. Their commitment to the project must be no less than 0.5 full-time equivalent for the entire duration of the project.
Funding objective
he TEAM NET programme is aimed in particular at:
- Providing support for R&D work in the areas of Health, Environment and Industry 4.0, defined as areas of strategic economic importance (top-down competition)
- Stimulating cooperation between research teams with outstanding scientific potential in Poland
- Development of innovative solutions
- Providing support for effective knowledge and technology transfer (in the form of licences, spin-off companies or the sale of intelectual property)
Funding can be obtained for R&D projects lasting up to 3 years, which will result in the commercialisation of the project results. It is possible to carry out projects in cooperation with an enterprise, but financial support is only granted to research organisations.
Funding does not cover basic research.
Application review
The application evaluation procedure consists of three stages: formal evaluation and two-stage merit-based evaluation. The formal evaluation is carried out by FNP employees. The merit-based evaluation stages are carried out by the Project Evaluation Committee, which consists of FNP employees and external experts.
The evaluation of applications is based on the criteria set out in Appendix 6 to the Project Selection Regulations (downloadable in the section below).
The results of the evaluation after each stage, presenting the projects qualified and not qualified for the next stage, are published by the FNP on the call for applications website and on the European Funds portal.
