About the work at FNP

Recruitment Process

We review every submitted application with great care.

We invite candidates whose experience and qualifications match our expectations to an initial interview, which we usually hold online. During this conversation, we present the position, explain what we do at the Foundation, and learn more about the candidate. We pay special attention to motivation. We want to know what sparked interest in the role and whether the candidate has explored who we are and what we do.

We hold the second stage of the recruitment process at our headquarters. During this meeting, we ask selected candidates to complete a short conceptual task or an assignment related to the responsibilities of the position.

We invite a carefully selected group to a final interview with the President of the Foundation.

We stay in touch with candidates throughout the process. We ensure a friendly, respectful atmosphere, provide feedback, and adapt to individual needs, including those of persons with disabilities. We recognize that a successful recruitment process depends not only on our choices but also on the candidates’ decisions.

We welcome feedback after each recruitment process. These insights help us improve and refine the way we recruit.

Work Environment

We prioritize a positive atmosphere, mutual respect, kindness, and a spirit of partnership in the workplace. We spend time together outside of work by joining team-building retreats, organizing charity initiatives, and hosting family gatherings.

We hold regular meetings to share updates and discuss matters that are important to us. We support work-life balance by offering flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., along with the option to work remotely.

We work in a modern, eco-friendly office located in Mokotów, near the Wierzbno metro station. Our headquarters received a distinction in the 2020 Adapterra Awards for its sustainable design.

We offer a comfortable and quiet work environment without open-plan spaces. Shared areas and nearby greenery provide a welcoming space for rest during the day. Our office is fully accessible and adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. We not only meet current legal accessibility standards but also go beyond them by offering a wide range of solutions that respond to our diverse needs.

Training and Development

We invest in strengthening our competencies, keeping our knowledge up to date, and supporting ongoing professional growth. During annual reviews, we define individual training plans tailored to each employee’s development goals. We invite our management team to participate in dedicated leadership workshops.

We enhance our qualifications by participating in various training sessions, postgraduate programmes, and professional courses. We offer flexible options for learning English, including e-learning modules, individual and group classes, and conversation practice with native speakers. We focus not only on subject-specific knowledge but also on developing soft skills.

We combine training with team-building during our annual off-site development retreats. We participate in training games and hands-on workshops such as first aid or self-defense classes led by GROM instructors. We value the strength that comes from diversity. By identifying our talents – our individual strengths based on the Gallup framework – we have gained deeper insight into what makes our team unique.

Well-Being and Work–Life Balance

We look for organizational solutions that help us balance our professional and personal lives. Every year, we participate in the “Two Hours for Family” campaign, which encourages us to nurture close relationships. We organize trips, events, and activities – including those for families.
We run several health and wellness initiatives, such as preventive medical exams and seasonal vaccinations. Twice a week, we participate in “Healthy Spine at Work” classes led by a certified instructor.
We regularly reflect together on what adds value to our daily work. We discuss which benefits matter most and bring our ideas to life. We share feedback through tools like our employee satisfaction survey.
We have expanded our benefits package to include a cafeteria system and sports cards. We secure our future by joining an Employee Pension Scheme. The Foundation co-finances our healthcare services, and we provide group life insurance coverage.

Social Engagement and Volunteering

We actively support those in need by organizing targeted volunteering initiatives. Each time, we focus on providing meaningful, concrete help. Thus far, we have supported:

·         people affected by the war in Ukraine,

·         families through the “Noble Gift” (Szlachetna Paczka) initiative,

·         people experiencing homelessness,

·         residential child care community,

·         and educational institutions by donating teaching materials.

By working together – and thanks to the efforts of every single person – we bring real help and joy to those who need it most.
