The IRA competition for beneficiaries of the Teaming programme launched

"Today, 15 September, the Foundation for Polish Science announced an International Research Agendas (IRA) competition for beneficiaries of the Teaming programme. The deadline for submitting the first and second parts of the application expires on 23 October. Only applicants* who intend to implement their IRA project in a unit which received support under the Teaming Phase 2 competition, run by the European Commission as part of the Horizon 2020 programme, are eligible to enter the 7/2017 competition (IRA PLUS module). A total of PLN 180 million will be awarded. WORKSHOP FOR APPLICANTS IN THE 7/2017 COMPETITION (IRA PLUS) With the announcement of the 7/2017 IRA competition ? module for applicants intending to implement their projects in units that will be beneficiaries of the Teaming programme (Horizon 2020), the Foundation invites anyone interested in submitting an application under the terms of this competition to a workshop devoted to the requirements that the applicants themselves should meet, as well as the requirements pertaining to the projects and the IRA application process. The purpose of the International Research Agendas programme is to enable the establishment of new research units (their legal and organizational structures) in Poland, led by distinguished scientists from around the world, with international and Polish teams of scientists representing various branches of science carrying out research and development work of the highest level. The potential first or second applicant in the IRA programme, and possibly others who supported the applicants in the preparation of the applications may participate in the workshop.
